Fitness class at College Hall!

We are excited to announce a weekly fitness class starting this Thursday at 19:00.
Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or just looking to get moving and stay active, this class is perfect for you!
Research has shown that exercise can improve physical health, mental well-being, and overall quality of life. So why not take advantage of this opportunity to get fit, have fun, and meet some new friends along the way?
Our experienced instructor Brittany will guide you through a variety of exercises designed to challenge your body and boost your energy. Whether you prefer cardio, pilates, or a combination of both, this class has something for everyone.
The class is open to College Hall and Handel Mansions residents.
Handel Mansions residents will have to sign in at the reception and they will be collected by a College Hall duty RA at around 18:55 (so please arrive on time).
If you have an exercise mat, please take it with you, but we have some spares (first come first served)!
Grab your workout clothes, bring your water bottle, and join us for an hour of fun and fitness this Thursday at 19:00.
Brittany can adapt the nature of the class and exercise to your needs so don't be afraid to ask :)
