Fitness class for College Hall & BCWH residents!

This event is open to the residents of College Hall & Bonham Carter and Warwickshire House.

We are excited to announce a weekly fitness class every Thursday at 19:00 at College Hall.

Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or just looking to get moving and stay active, this class is perfect for you!

Research has shown that exercise can improve physical health, mental well-being, and overall quality of life. So why not take advantage of this opportunity to get fit, have fun, and meet some new friends along the way?

Our experienced instructor Brittany will guide you through a variety of exercises designed to challenge your body and boost your energy. Whether you prefer cardio, pilates, or a combination of both, this class has something for everyone.

Come and connect with your new hall mates and do something good for your body;)

Date: Every Thursday

Time: 19:00

Where: Founder's Room 

There is no sign-up, it is first come first served event.

If you are coming from BCWH, please make sure you arrive slightly earlier so that a Duty RA can take you to the Founder's Room at around 18:55. You will have to sign in at reception. 

If you have an exercise mat, please take it with you, but we have some spares (first come first served)!

Grab your workout clothes, bring your water bottle, and join us for an hour of fun and fitness this Thursday at 19:00. 

Brittany can adapt the nature of the class and exercise to your needs so don't be afraid to ask :)
