Keep a stock of medicines

By Adrian 13 Mar 2020

If you take regular medication for any reason (e.g. insulin, asthma inhalers, antidepressants), we're advising you to ensure that you always have at least a 10-day supply.

This will help ensure that, if you are required to self-isolate with a cough or fever, you will have a sufficient supply of medication to see you through the period of self-isolation.
