Yoga and Pilates classes for our residents
A new series of online fitness classes ins coming! Geared towards giving you a quick boos of energy on Mondays with Power Yoga, and a nice transition into relaxation on Thursdays with Slow Flow Pilates.
Power Yoga - Mondays 11:00 - 11:30
Energetic vinyasa style of Yoga, where one pose flows into the next in a sequence linking movement to breath. The benefits of this dynamic practice include improved strength, balance and flexibility.
Open to all levels from absolute beginners to advanced students.
Slow Flow Pilates - Thursdays 15:00 - 16:00
Slow Flow Pilates is a class specifically designed to improve balance and flexibility. This class will strengthen the deep core muscles as well as offering rejuvenating stretches to release any tension in the mind and body. It’s slower and more mindful to form, control and precision with each exercise.

Meet Brittany - your Yoga and Pilates instructor
With over 16 years of experience in practising various types of yoga in the USA, Mexico and the UK, I decided to become a fully certified instructor. I have been teaching for over 4 1/2 years and have taught over 1700 classes.
In the past year, I have widened my class offerings to Pilates and a gentle approach to HIIT / Cardio sessions.
I have experience in teaching age groups from four to seventy-five years olds. With levels mixed from beginners to intermediates / advanced.
My classes are fun, flowing + filled with strength + detoxing sequences, that are not only beneficial to the body from the outside but inside as well. Every session is open to everyone and anyone.
I am a qualified member of The Yoga Alliance Professionals International.
