This 40 minute seminar, followed by a Q&A, will include:

- Understanding sleep & why we need it

- Most common sleep disruptors & sleep disorders

- Sleep myth busting

- Strategies for good sleep

Some come along and learn not just how you could be sleeping better, but why you should be!

Better sleep leads to daily clarity and an ability to focus for longer periods of time. Resting well means living well.

You'll be able to come away from the webinar with practical skills and new knowledge that you'll be able to apply to your own sleep. Once you're building in habits, you'll see the results of improved sleep: Better mood, productivity, focus!
