London Nightline is an overnight helpline for students, by students. We’re an anonymous listening service, so we’re not here to judge or tell you what to do. Instead, we give you space to chat through whatever’s on your mind, whether it’s mental health, academic stress, personal relationships, or anything in between. Our volunteers are all trained London students who care about supporting their community’s mental health.
We’re open every night of term from 6pm-8am, when other services and support networks are often unavailable, to make sure you always have somewhere to turn when things are difficult.
You can call us at 020 7631 0101, or instant message at nightline.org.uk.
If you're asked which university you attend, say you live in the University of London Intercollegiate Halls.
