At UoL we want you to work hard, but we also want you to look after yourself too. So, we’ve made the Wellbeing Pit Stop.
Head to the end of Study @ Bloom in Senate House to find a shelf full of resources to help you take a break. This includes:
- Games to play mindfully
- Journaling prompts
- Wellbeing books
- Lego, for some tactile creation
- Colouring books (and pencils, of course)
- Positive Psychology cards
- Puzzles
- And fleece blankets and weighted blankets, for added cosiness
Whether you’re taking a solo break or bringing a friend along with you, we want this to be somewhere you can head to for when you need to step away from your studies. And the best part is that we've provided the options for you, so you don't need to overthink it.
Once done with your break, just return the resources to the shelf for a peer to use at another time.
And, on most Tuesday lunch times, a member of the Student Health and Wellbeing Team will be there with free hot drinks, to find out when that is click here.
And, if you want to give us feedback or suggestions, please scan the QR code on top the shelf to tell us what you think or click here.
