Your guide to bicycle parking at halls

If you’re a cyclist you don’t need us to tell you how fantastic it is for your health, well-being and the environment! But, you might want us to tell you where you can park your bicycle for the night. Here is a list of bike storage areas across the Intercollegiate Halls of Residence:

College Hall

There is a bike shed at the front of the building on the lower ground floor. If you would like to use it, please talk to reception – a deposit for a key is required.

Connaught Hall

There is a bike shed at the front of the building on the lower ground floor. If you would like to use it, please talk to reception – a deposit for a key is required.

Eleanor Rosa House

The bike storage area is on the ground floor. Your key fob will work with it. Please make sure you secure your bike properly.

Garden Halls

A bike shed is on the lower ground floor. Make sure you secure your bike properly.

Handel Mansions

There are some railings outside the hall, however, they only provide space for 8 bikes. Please secure your bike well when you leave it outdoors.

International Hall

The bicycle storage area is by the entrance to the hall. If you would like to use it, please talk to reception – a deposit for a key is required.

Lillian Penson Hall

There are a few bike racks in front of the entrance. Please note, however, the racks do not belong to the University of London and are managed by the local council.

Nutford House

There is a bike shed on the lower ground floor in the Annex. If you would like to use it, please talk to reception – a deposit for a key is required.

Please bear in mind that you are responsible for your bike and you leave it in any of the above facilities at your own risk. Make sure it is properly locked and secured.

Happy cycling!
