This online class focusses on soft, gentle flows that support ease of movement, comfort, and body awareness, with plenty of options to adapt each posture to suit your individual needs.

The session creates an inclusive space where you can move at your own pace without pressure or expectation. While the approach is thoughtfully designed for bigger bodies, everyone is welcome to attend and benefit from its calm, accessible style.
