Take a break, get moving and boost your wellbeing with a friendly tennis session. Whether you’re picking up the racket for the first time or returning to the court, this session is all about having fun, building confidence, and staying active.

Tennis is a great way to improve both physical and mental wellbeing , helping reduce stress, increase energy and connect with others. With a relaxed, supportive atmosphere, you will have a chance to learn the basics, practice your skills, and enjoy some lighthearted play at your pace.

All abilities welcome, just come along, give it a go and take a positive step towards your wellbeing. All equipment provided, please bring a bottle of water.
