We've taken some top tips from Stride on managing our work-life balance when working from home. You can read the full article via the link at the end of this article!
1. Separate as much as possible
Try to have designated areas for different activities - even if they are in the same room. For example, keep your desk as a space you only use to study.
2. Structure
Make sure you take plenty of breaks - perhaps utilising the Pomodoro technique - and make sure you have a clear beginning, middle and end to your working/study day.
3. Create boundaries
Set time limits for working, studying, and relaxing. Creating boundaries around your work schedule could mean you’re less likely to work after-hours.
4. Other aspects of wellbeing
Make time in your routine to eat well and exercise, too!
