Residents at Handel Mansions told us they wanted a common room, quicker repair and better updates on maintenance requests and clearer information about the facilities and services available. Your feedback gave us a clearer picture of what would improve everyday life in halls and help residents feel more informed and included.

Here are some of the actions we’ve taken in response to what you told us.

You said: You wanted a common room

Our action: 

Whilst we can't build a common room in Handel Mansions, we have arranged it so you can go to Garden Halls and International Hall to use their common rooms, and you can also attend the events at these halls!​

You said: You wanted quicker repairs and better updates on maintenance requests

Our action: 

We introduced regular maintenance reviews to monitor outstanding repairs, improve response times and keep residents informed of progress.​

You said: You wanted clearer information about the facilities and services available at Handel Mansions

Our action: 

We are reviewing how we communicate the facilities and services available to help residents understand what to expect.​
