As Mental Health Awareness Week draws to a close, here is a reminder of some key contacts. These are all available long after Mental Health Awareness Week is wrapped up!
We suggest saving a couple into your phone, in case you ever need one quickly.
NHS 111 (or 999 in an emergency)
Call 111 free from any phone to speak with a trained health advisor. They can give you advice over the phone, help direct you to the most appropriate service for your needs, or in some cases arrange a visit by a doctor or mental health team.
If you need immediate help in a serious emergency, call 999 for ambulance, police, or fire service.
