Get ready to move for Mental Health Awareness Week (May 13th-19th) 🎉 This year, we’re shining a light on how staying active can boost our mental wellbeing ✨🧠

Got awesome tips on how to get moving for better mental health? 💪 We want to hear from YOU!

Join us for a super casual video chat:

  • When: Thursday, April 25th
  • Time: 1:30 - 3:30 PM
  • Where: Group Study Space 4 (Bloom study area, Senate House)

You can drop in and stay as long or as short as you like – no need to stay for the whole time, even 3 minutes will be enough!
