We’re always improving, based on your feedback

Here are just some of the changes we’ve made after 2023-24 surveys...

"The food in catered halls could be better"

We’ve appointed a new catering provider and redesigned our menus from the ground up 

"The social areas are not great places to hang out"

A major upgrade programme of many common rooms and social spaces was completed during the summer

"The WiFi network can be slow and unreliable"

We’ve moved to a new internet provider with much faster and more flexible service, and fewer restrictions

"There should be more social events, and more variety"

Our events and social budget has increased for 2024-25 and we have created brand new events plans for our halls

"There is sometimes too much noise at night"

We’ll be issuing new guidance to residents, staff, and RAs about how to handle any noise issues effectively
