One of the best things about London is how walkable the city is, but sometimes the city centre can be a bit busy, and you might want to escape on a nice, relaxing walk.
Here are our top walks near UoL:
1. Regents Canal
A peaceful walk passing by Little Venice or towards Victoria Park, it offers a scenic escape from city traffic.
2. Regent's Park and Primrose Hill
Walk through the formal gardens and around the boating lake at Regent's Park, then up to Primrose Hill for one of London's best panoramic views.
3. Bloomsbury Squares
A historic, quick walking route through Russell Square, Gordon Square and Tavistock Square.
4. Hampstead Heath
A bit farther than the other walks, however, it's only a short tube ride away. With its hilly landscape and vast, natural scenery, it makes for a good, relaxing stroll.
Life can get busy with lectures and studying, and just walking for an hour can help our mental well-being a lot - so give yourself a break, grab a mate, and breathe in the fresh air.
