We have great news for all of you who rely on Wi-Fi for your academic pursuits, leisure activities, and personal communication. We are delighted to announce the launch of our new Wi-Fi support hub, which is open 24/7, 365 days a year. The hub has been initiated in response to your feedback, and we hope it will greatly enhance your experience in our halls of residence.

Troubleshooting, no matter when...

WiFi troubleshooting used to be done only during working hours, but now, you'll be able to get help even in the middle of the night on the weekend. The support hub is user-friendly, so even if you are not tech-savvy, you can easily navigate the website (there could be different instructions based on your hall of residence). 

Having a reliable Wi-Fi connection is essential for your academic success. That's why we have invested in this new support hub to ensure that you have access to high-quality technical assistance whenever you need it. Whether you are struggling to connect to the Wi-Fi network, experiencing slow speeds, or encountering any other issue, the hub is the first place to turn.
