Let's Grow with THRIVE by attending our Beat Burnout webinar from Strategic Wellbeing.

The purpose of this session is to give  participants clear means of identifying; early hidden indicators of burnout, triggers, preventative measures and steps to taking action.

It'll include useful tools including the 5 blind spots for burnout - the unconscious behaviours that can lead to exhaustion - and energy hacks for recharging your battery.

All THRIVE events and activities are set up to align with the PERMA model of positive psychology and are designed to meet at least TWO of the model's five core elements of wellbeing: Positive Emotions; Engagement; Relationships; Meaning; and Accomplishment.

Here's how this activity meets the model:

ENGAGEMENT

Learning to beat burnout and understanding when your body and brain are asking you to slow down and rest will allow you to feel more engaged with yourself. You'll learn how to be more in tune with your needs and the internal signals that are already trying to tell you that you're burning out.

MEANING

Burnout distracts from what's really important to us. It forces us to stop when we don't want to. But, by realigning with your needs and assessing what contributes to stress, you'll be able redirect your energy and make adjustments in your life. We want you to do what you find meaningful, what you care about. Unfortunately, burnout brings everything to a halt. But, we can find meaning again through recovery.
