Your experience in Hall matters, so we want to hear how it's going, and how we can improve.

The Resident Satisfaction Survey is open from Monday 3 to Sunday 30 November. It only takes a few minutes to complete, and your feedback helps us make life in Hall better – not only for you, but for everyone who lives here in future years.

We use your comments to guide real improvements: from facilities and food, to events, wellbeing support, and community life.

🎁 Weekly prize draw:

After completing the survey, you can choose to enter a weekly prize draw for a chance to win up to £300. You’ll stay in the draw every week until the end of November – so the earlier you complete the survey, the more chances you’ll have to win!

🍫 Evening sweet treat bonus:

Complete the survey between 19:30 and 20:30, then show your completion screen to the RA at reception during their desk hour, and you’ll get a sweet treat as a thank-you.
