Sessions are light and playful - a blend of cardio and strengthening stretches that will leave you feeling positive and relaxed in your mind + body.
Every Monday at 15:00 and Friday at 10:00
Dynamic Flow Yoga
Dynamic yoga can be a bit of a spin on the traditional style of yoga. Filled with strengthening sequences that will connect the core to every aspect of the body.
Every Wednesday at 12:00
These Pilates classes are structured to strengthen the body’s “powerhouse,” a Pilates term that refers to your abdominals, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes. Pilates can aid in flexibility and improving posture, as stretching your body is a vital part of the class.
While low-impact, Pilates burns fat during & after class, as your muscles continue to shed calories long after class ends.
Every Saturday at 15:00
Slow Restorative Flow
Slow & Restorative flow to get the blood flowing as well as the poses for restoring and repairing our mind & bodies. This flow will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated for the rest of your evening.
Every Sunday at 18:00
Meet Brittany - your personal Zoom instructor
With over 16 years of experience in practising various types of yoga in the USA, Mexico and the UK, I decided to become a fully certified instructor. I have been teaching for over 4 1/2 years and have taught over 1700 classes.
In the past year, I have widened my class offerings to Pilates and a gentle approach to HIIT / Cardio sessions.
I have experience in teaching age groups from four to seventy-five years olds. With levels mixed from beginners to intermediates / advanced.
My classes are fun, flowing + filled with strength + detoxing sequences, that are not only beneficial to the body from the outside but inside as well. Every session is open to everyone and anyone.
I am a qualified member of The Yoga Alliance Professionals International.
