This Optimistic October Action Calendar from Action for Happiness (AfH) is packed with suggested daily suggested actions you can do throughout September 2019 to help you spread a bit more happiness and kindness in the world around - for yourself and for others. It's based on focussing on what really matters, one of AfH's 10 Keys to Happier Living.
Try following the calendar for a month: look at the action for the day each morning, and see if you can follow through with each one. Notice how each action makes you feel, and what the cumulative effect is at the end of the month.
